U.S. reaches out to EU for better patent enforcement in China

The U.S. is seeking support from the EU for patent enforcement in China -- a move that is expected to also help the U.S. in India, says Victoria Espinel, the White House's intellectual-property enforcement chief. "From our perspective in the U.S., it is enormously helpful to be cooperating in Europe in terms of how we approach those issues with China," Espinel said.
