Weird eating habits generate more snacks, customization

Restaurants are adjusting to a changing attitude toward eating, in which people are more likely to snack than to eat three square meals a day. "I don't think my kids have eaten a real meal since last Thanksgiving," says Dunkin' Brands executive Stan Frankenthaler.
