$500M Bank of America bond includes renewable-energy financing

A corporate "green bond" issued by Bank of America will provide $500 million that will go in part toward renewable-energy projects. The lender said the bond, which also will provide energy-efficiency financing, is the first of its type. The senior bond has a three-year term and is part of a decade-long, $50 billion environmental commitment, the bank said.
