Advisors often fail to make succession plans for themselves

Financial advisors who are diligent about helping clients make sure their assets are passed on to their heirs without problems often skip succession planning for themselves. A survey by Matthew Greenwald and Associates for Signator Investors found that only 11% of advisors have made a succession plan.
