Bienko: Affordable Care Act will affect employee hours and costs

A study performed by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce found the Affordable Care Act will result in higher costs, fewer full-time positions and less employer health care coverage at small businesses. College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving franchise owner Stephen Bienko said these findings reflect "100 percent" how his business and employees will be affected by the law, from cuts in hours and employee training to money-saving choices between paying a penalty and offering health insurance.
