Overweight patients can reduce heart disease risk by controlling 3 variables

A study published in The Lancet found obese and overweight people may be able to cut their increased risk of heart disease by 46% and their added stroke risk by 76% if they keep their blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar levels under control.
