Election battles are usually won by the cooler candidate -- but how do you quantify cool? The Wire's team puts together a pseudo-scientific framework for rating candidates' coolness based on their love lives, their past drug use, their musical taste, their looks and their sporting accomplishments. President Barack Obama scores highly, but of the GOP's potential 2016 candidates, Chris Christie, Marco Rubio and Rand Paul all rate as cooler than Democratic hopeful Hillary Clinton.
