There's no reason to be ashamed of failure, according to Google's Gopi Kallayil, who shared some of the company's innovation secrets at a recent event. In fact, the company often salvages the best part of failed initiatives. "Failure is actually a badge of honor," Kallayil said. "Failure is the way to be innovative and successful. You can fail with pride."
