Companies look to share "smartbook" thinking at CES

Qualcomm and Freescale are developing technology for so-called smartbooks, a device that is part smartphone and part notebook computer. Several companies, including Lenovo, are hoping to present their latest thinking on the new product category at 2010 International CES in January.
