Peet's and Green Mountain vying for Diedrich Coffee

Diedrich Coffee is at the center of a bidding war between Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, which offered $30 a share, and Peet's Coffee & Tea, which is now up to $32 a share. Both companies believe the acquisition will provide leverage in the fast-growing single-serve K-cup market.
