United to test "LineBuster" technology at O'Hare

United Airlines will use the busy Thanksgiving travel period to test a new customer-service technology at Chicago O'Hare. Dubbed LineBuster, the hand-held device allows workers to ID passengers who have been automatically re-booked following a missed connection, allowing them to move directly to ticketing kiosks rather than wait in line to speak with an agent.
