Whole Foods staffers are given incentive to drop the pounds

Whole Foods Market says it will boost employee discounts to staffers who drop pounds and show other health improvements. The program, which also takes into account whether the worker smokes, is voluntary and reflects the published belief of CEO John Mackey that most health problems can be avoided through lifestyle choices.
