Cheesemonger offers entertaining advice

Matt Jennings, a master cheesemonger with a store and bistro in Massachusetts, recommends serving five types of cheese to guests when entertaining: a cow cheese, goat cheese, sheep cheese, blue cheese and one with a washed rind. "Make sure to include a couple soft, hard, stronger and milder cheeses so they all work together in cheesy harmony," he said.
