CHS taps Monsanto finance chief for CEO job

Monsanto Chief Financial Officer Carl Casale is taking over as CEO at CHS, the nation's largest farmer-owned co-op. The Minnesota-based group, which runs thriving gasoline and propane businesses in addition to its food and grain operations, aims to capitalize on Casale's experience managing a range of agricultural, manufacturing and IT organizations.
