Texas Instruments tests Flash memory for extreme temperatures

Flash memory that functions reliably from -55 degrees Centigrade to +210 C is now being sample tested by Texas Instruments. The SM28VLT32-HT has a capacity of 4 MB. It's designed for logging data at extreme temperatures in environments such as those found in oil and gas exploration, heavy industrial applications and avionics.
