States move toward solutions in tackling health care problems

The two dramatically different approaches by Maine and Tennessee to tackle health care coverage in their states represent the efforts around the nation by states to deal with issues including high health care costs and covering the uninsured. The direction states take is of high interest to Medicaid, which offers health care to 50 million poor people but doesn't cover those not poor enough to qualify.
