Broadband access helps Wyoming educators teach across the world

Just 350 people live in Ten Sleep, Wyo., but a local company has 300 state-certified teachers across northern Wyoming on its payroll to teach English via an online connection to more than 15,000 South Korea students. "It's nerve-racking to start with," says Kathleen Hampton, who teaches Wyoming kindergartners by day. "But it doesn't take long. If you're a teacher and used to explaining things, it makes no difference."
