Chicago high-rise features rippling design

A new 82-story, 2.3-million-square-foot high-rise in Chicago has one of the most striking designs in the city. James McHugh Construction developed the building, dubbed Aqua, which will house hotel, condominium, apartment, office, parking, and retail space. Aqua presents a rippling effect, with a glass facade and undulating balconies.
