Dooley: Collaboration needed as Waxman leads energy committee

"Engagement and collaboration of diverse interests" will be necessary to tackle critical energy issues under U.S. Rep. Henry Waxman's leadership of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, writes Cal Dooley, CEO of the American Chemistry Council, in a solicited comment on National Journal's Energy & Environment blog. Any changes to the federal chemical management system should protect health and the environment while making sure the government has the right information to make effective decisions on chemicals, Dooley writes.
