Georgia state superintendent declares personal bankruptcy

Just months after winning $1 million on the TV game show "Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?" Georgia Superintendent Kathy Cox and her husband, a home builder, are declaring bankruptcy. A spokesman for Cox said she intends to stand by her pledge to devote her game-show winnings to schools for children have hearing or vision impairments.
