Retailers use online videos to boost sales

Fashion retailer LK Bennett, Borders bookstores and Thompson & Morgan, a company that sells plants, flowers and seeds, are all using online video to spur sales. Thompson & Morgan, for example, has an interactive gift guide where customers can buy products featured in their online video by clicking on the plants, flowers, gifts and other items to add them to their shopping baskets.
