Illinois representative applauds rail improvements

Federal funding totaling $88.5 million will help improve railroad infrastructure in Galesburg, Ill., says state representative Don Moffitt. The funded projects include congestion relief for the city's BNSF classification yard, and new overpasses and an underpass to help with traffic problems caused by rail crossings. "We don't complain about trains in Galesburg," Moffitt said. "We're the crossroads of America."
