Amtrak adds trains, braces for Thanksgiving travel rush

Amtrak is bracing for what it expects will be record-breaking ridership this week. Last year, Thanksgiving week brought 686,000 passengers to Amtrak train lines. This year, Amtrak is hauling out extra trains to accommodate the rush. The passenger railway expects about 130,000 people to board its trains today.
