FilmOn.com is ordered to stop streaming network TV

FilmOn.com is faced with a federal restraining order that prohibits the company from digitally rebroadcasting television content from the four major broadcast networks. The action stems from a copyright-infringement suit brought by ABC, CBS, Fox and NBC. FilmOn.com said in a statement that it will respect the temporary order, but that it hasn't written off broadcasting network programming in the future under "a legitimate and collaborative business model."
