Machinists plan protests over Mexico business-building summit

The Boeing Machinists Union in Washington state plans to protest against Boeing and other companies next week in opposition of a conference being held to attract Washington aerospace companies to Mexico. The machinists say the message of the MexicoNow conference represents a "very real threat to our state's economic future," and they plan protests at companies that will participate in the conference, including Boeing, GE Commercial Finance and real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield.
