Shell sells Pakistani LPG division for $5.92M

Royal Dutch Shell continues to sell off its foreign LPG operations, exiting the Pakistani gas business by selling its stake in Shell Gas LPG (Pakistan) to OPI Gas, a privately owned propane retailer. OPI paid Shell $5.92 million to cement the deal, and will pay $1.4 million to take its total stake in Shell's Pakistan operations to almost 84%.
