A third section of the roof collapsed at a grocery store in Riga, Latvia, as rescuers were searching for survivors and for evidence amid the rubble, according to these reports. No one was injured by the third incident, but the first two collapses have claimed 54 lives. Investigators are considering faulty construction as the cause because building materials and bags of soil were left on the roof. The government ordered the building demolished, along with an incomplete residential building nearby, these reports say.
