Completion of Enbridge's $1.3B pipeline expected next spring

Enbridge has deferred completion of its $1.3 billion, 210-mile pipeline from Griffith, Ind., to Ontario, Canada, until next spring for several reasons, including delayed permits and weather concerns. The right of way will be cleared, but not graded, this year. Then, early next year, crews will tackle excavation, installation and restoration.
