Leaking roofs are demanding more attention after storms struck Indiana and rain fell in Arizona, according to these reports. Strong winds can remove shingles and affect the felt paper underneath, requiring roof replacement, said Doug Farber, owner of Daahl Roofing in Zionsville, Ind. In Arizona, demand for a "roof wet patch" soars during what one roofing contractor described as a "long, wet drizzle."
