UBS projects 7.8% growth for China in 2014

Property development, credit growth and the prospect of improved exports all should help lift China's economic growth next year to 7.8% from this year's 7.6%, UBS predicts. "We expect China's GDP growth path to oscillate within a narrow range next year, staying at around 7.7% year-on-year in all quarters except for the second quarter, when we see it touching 8% year-on-year," said UBS economist Wang Tao.
