British group debates GM findings, supports more tests

The president of the Royal Society said trial results on the effects of genetically modified crops have been misrepresented, and that it is the amount of herbicide rather than the type of crop planted that threatens wildlife loss. Britain currently is debating whether to allow GM crops to be grown.
