7-Eleven to increase private-label offerings

7-Eleven announced that it will launch 180 private-label grocery items that will be priced up to 20% lower than national brands. Seventy-two percent of consumers say store brands are good alternatives to name brands, and 62% report that store brands are as good as name brands, research reveals.
