PayPal adds layer of security for mobile users

PayPal has added the SMS Security Key for mobile users that offers the option texting a unique six-digit security code to subscribers who would have to key in the codes to log in to their PayPal accounts, the company announced Monday. The service is free, although standard text rates will apply, PayPal said.
