Report released on food temperatures in commercial freezers, fridges

For the EcoSure 2007 Cold Temperature Evaluation, participants bought cold and frozen foods at their neighborhood grocery stores, measuring temperatures in the display cases, after arriving at home and after 24 hours of at-home storage. The results are available at www.FoodRisk.org.
