Study links cereal to pattern of health

A report issued by the General Mills Bell Institute of Health and Nutrition found that girls who eat cereal at breakfast also tend to consume other nutritious foods and exercise more throughout the day. The study concluded that cereal consumption might be linked to other outcomes associated with a healthy lifestyle.
