Moody's: Value of commercial property falls to 2002 levels

On average, the prices paid for U.S. commercial real estate in the U.S. in September had declined to about what they were in 2002, Moody's Investors Service said. The Moody's/REAL Commercial Property Price Index fell by 3.9% in September. That puts commercial property prices 42.9% less than they were at their peak in October 2007.
