Mullen in Geneva for nuclear talks

Joint Chiefs Chairman Adm. Mike Mullen made a surprise trip to Geneva to meet with his Russian counterpart in an effort to jump-start negotiations on a new nuclear disarmament treaty. The current START Treaty expires on Dec. 5, but both sides agree an agreement is unlikely by that time. Mullen's visit is part of an effort to meet the new Dec. 31 deadline agreed upon by President Barack Obama and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.
