Advertisers cool on Yahoo's log-in page

Yahoo's log-in page -- one of the company's most profitable digital properties over the past few years -- carried ads on fewer than half the days in the first half of Q4, according to Macquarie Equities Research. That's a marked decline from the same period last year, when Yahoo carried log-in ads 86% of the time.
