Chu: Agree on climate change to move forward with Keystone XL talks

Negotiations on the Keystone XL pipeline would move forward if the U.S. and Canada agree that climate change is real and that actions need to be taken to mitigate its effects, said former Energy Secretary Steven Chu. "Let's agree that we are in this together. You start that way and progress will be made," he said at a Calgary Chamber of Commerce event last week in Alberta.
