Smaller condo buildings can allow more residents to get involved

Many Philadelphia residents are downsizing to smaller condo communities, of about 20 units or less, in order to be more involved in the association while paying less in monthly fees, Alison Burdo writes. "The bigger the association, the less say you have with what happens to your money," condo owner Mario DeAngelis says.
