Police: U.S. Secret Service Tactics Helped Avert Alleged School Bomb Plot

Three teenagers are being held in connection with an alleged plot to detonate bombs in their New Bedford, Mass., school. Students at New Bedford High who had heard of a possible plot reported it to authorities. Police thoroughly swept the school for explosives and declared the facility safe to reopen today.
