EPA unveils new regulations for Charles River businesses

The Environmental Protection Agency tightened requirements on businesses operating along the Charles River watershed in Massachusetts. High levels of phosphorous from storm runoff have been found in the river, which wends its way through Boston. The new requirements for controlling storm water affect the Massachusetts communities of Milford, Franklin and Bellingham.
