Credit Agricole CEO voices concerns about French proposal

Credit Agricole CEO Jean-Paul Chifflet is questioning a proposal that would rein in risky trading by French banks. He says the proposal, which would halt high-frequency trading and proprietary trading of commodity derivatives, is stricter than others in Europe and would stifle banks' ability to lend.
