Deal to reduce Greek debt is reached by IMF and eurozone

Eurozone finance ministers and the International Monetary Fund have broken deadlock over how to reduce Greece's long-term debt to a level that the country can pay it back. Major creditors agreed to a long list of measures that could reduce Greek debt to 124% of gross domestic product by 2020.
