After losing both legs to enemy fire in Iraq, incoming Rep. Tammy Duckworth, D-Ill., is not worried about taking political flak in the House. "The worst day for me in Washington on the floor of the House is never going to be as bad as me getting blown up. So bring it," she said. Veterans groups hope that Duckworth can give their community new energy as the number of military veterans serving on Capitol Hill has dwindled.
