Column: Airlines can make the call on cellphone calls

Even if the Federal Communications Commission allows mobile phone calls on aircraft, airlines don't have to allow such calls, Scott McCartney writes. He predicts passengers will not flock to chat during flights. "Even those of us with the biggest mouths will find it uncomfortable to chat surrounded by strangers," he writes.
