Poverty in retirement must be addressed, OECD says

Despite improvement, poverty and inequality in retirement remain challenging in many nations, according to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. In OECD member countries, the poverty rate among people 65 and older declined from 15.1% in 2007 to 12.8% in 2010. In the U.S., it decreased from 22.2% to 19.9%.
