Survey: More 401(k) plans to provide financial advisers to workers

More 401(k) plans will offer the services of financial advisers to participants as employers emphasize retirement readiness, according to the 2013 Retirement Confidence Survey by the Employee Benefits Research Institute. The number of plans offering employees in-house advisory services is already growing rapidly, the institute found.
