New Jersey may finally step out of New York's big shadow as a gathering place for the so-called "creative class" because of the state's landmark high court ruling mandating full marriage rights to same-sex couples, according to writer-researchers Richard Florida and Gary Gates. "With its coming leap ahead of New York on gay rights, the smart money just may have moved to New Jersey," they write.
