Climate finance takes center stage in Doha

New findings by the the United Nations Environment Programme on the release of carbon from the world's warming permafrost are slated for discussion at the UN climate talks in Doha, Qatar. Also being discussed is financing for poor countries to better adapt to the effects of global warming. "There is a real danger that climate finance will be scaled down in 2013, at a time when it needs to be scaled up," said Tim Gore of Oxfam.
